Return & Exchange Eligibility

Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item(s).

Item Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

Transparent Fees
All applicable fees related to returns or exchanges will be clearly communicated before processing. There are no hidden charges.


Refund Notice

Refunds cover the cost of the product only, excluding original shipping fees.
If the return is due to a defective product, damaged item, or an error on our part, a full refund including shipping costs will be issued.

Return Process

1. Request a Return
Please contact us at support@Moonseh.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Receive Return Instructions
Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number.

3. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above.
Once the original item has been returned and approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will cover return shipping and arrange a full refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and will resolve the issue promptly.
